Version 1.6 and GEL Lite!

I've considered GEL mostly done, but that hasn't stopped me working on it in my free time. Because of that, features may be quite buggy (for example I just made a 1.6.1 because a GEL feature made it crash -_-
New stuffs:
Random mod button! Chooses a random mod and loads it.
Unload button! Unloads all loaded mods.
Gel Lite! Less features for faster loading!

Notes: I've already noticed a bug where some .txt based mods don't load correctly. I need to look into that. Also, there are some features still in GEL Lite that I need to update to how GEL does it (for example, that Unload button crash in 1.6 is still in Gel Lite)
