NT3D 3.0!

This is a mix of a bugfix update and a feature update - a lot of the things I fixed I added stuff to!

 - Camera controls are better because of mouse sensitivity control

 - Goes to widescreen and native subpixels automatically, reverting when the mod is unloaded

 - Weapon drawing was redone to make recoil and melee weapons look nicer

 - Screenshake setting

 - Default settings were updated to provide a nicer default experience
